Sunrise. 05:27 amDebris of corals in all shades of white are everywhere
Considering our sunburnt bodies, we made it to the beach at 06:00 am. Who would have thought that by 07:45 the sun would be so harsh and hot, it would herd us back to our room?
Leisurely stroll By the poolThe mood is such…Lazy …
We spent all late afternoon swimming and snorkeling, the water was as warm as парное молоко, which i don’t know how to say in English.
Ready for dinner
Dinner today is traditional Okinawan Ryukyuan style.
They call all appetizers “amuse”. It amused me indeed with delicious sea grape, caviar, and melt in your mouth silken tofu. All of this was in delicious ginger broth. Roasted Japanese tea – my fav of all timesAmuse #2 – sashimiAmuse #3 – locally grown rice with seaweed seasoning. To die for. Main course that will be cooked in delicious mushroom broth in a minute and poured over soba noodles and an eggThe eggDessert. Caramel ice cream, Japanese green tea, and miniature cookies. Yes, those ain’t the Crumble cookies. And we ended this day with yet another spectacular sunset. Night nigh, sweet dreams.
